Bich Ha 29-year-old SF native won $2 million with a "Crossword Deluxe" scratcher, which was a birthday gift from her father. Bich's father purchased the ticket at Woerner’s Liquor in the Tenderloin, at 901 Geary St. She plans to buy her parents a house in SF with the money she won, and if there is any left over (which there won't be because it's hella expensive to live in the Bay Area) she plans to buy a house for her and her husband.
