The entertianment world is saddened by the sudden death of Glee star Cory Monteith, who played "Finn" on the tv show Glee. Cory died of unknown causes in a Canadaian hotel room, reportedly after being out with friends the night before. An autopsy is scheduled for today. Video from the hotel shows him entering his room alone late at night. After missing the noon checkout, concerned people checked on him, and discovered he had been dead for several hours. He had a history of drug & alcohol abuse going back to his teen years; family & friends held an intervention for him when he was 19, fearing for his life. Monteith had recently left a 2nd stint of rehab a few days ago. The next season of Glee had not yet begun filming, and there is no word yet from the Fox network on how his death will be treated in the show. Girlfriend Lea Michele has asked for privacy and is not talking publicly yet. Cory Monteith was 31.

O.J. Simpson has been put on a strict low calorie diet in prison. He has mysteriously gained a shocking amount of weight while locked up. So much so that when he recently appeared in a courtroom in a hearing, there was anaudible gasp from the gallery at his excess weight.
