In case you missed it, 64-year-old swimmer Diana Nyad swam from Cuba to Florida this weekend. She said she'd dreamt about this for 3 decades....it's 110 miles and took her 53 hours to complete! She's the first person to complete this without a shark net or cage around her.
As she swam up to the shore, she said:
"I have 3 messages for you. 1) Never, ever give up. 2) You're never too old to chase your dreams. And 3) It may look like a solitary sport, but it's a team effort."
