Vendor management and procurement - point of contact for all vendors, confirmation of services and timeline prior to Event, site inspection of venue
Event Design - creating and executing the vision for the event which includes, but is not limited to: stationary items, flowers, décor, favors, lighting, cakes, menu, drinks, music, special performances and touches
Project Management - creation and execution of timeline and schedules leading up to the Event and the day of the Event, constant communication with Client on the status of the Event and details
General advice and assistance - answering questions about the planning and execution of the Event, advice on how to handle a situation or issue, help with resolving conflicts both personal and professional, emergency kit on the day of the Event

We can amplify live musicians or play the ceremony prelude, processional and recessional music. We provide a complimentary Ceremony Selector CD for couples that need assistance selecting ceremony music.
Emcee services: We present the wedding party, introduce the first dance, and coordinate the cake cutting without being cliché or tacky. We are always courteous and accommodating to your other vendors. For example, we won't start the first dance until the photographer is ready to shoot.

Up to but no more than to two hours of performance time - This includes performing for pre-ceremonial music (as guests arrive), processionals for wedding party, music during ceremony if requested, and recessional. Any remaining unused portion of the two hour time can be used towards reception following the wedding ceremony. Performer will remain in one specified location.
An additional 30 minutes will offered in a phone conversation with the bride and groom to select music choices for the processional and recessional.
